Residential Battery Connections

Connections data comes from AEMO's Distributed Energy Resources (DER) Register, which tracks devices at homes and businesses that are connected to the National Electricity Market (NEM). Connections are different from installations. Installations are distributed systems registered through the CER’s small-scale certificate process. Connections are distributed systems that are physically connected and able to operate on the network. Percentages of dwellings and businesses calculated using ABS dwelling stock and business count.
